Cocamar will arrange on-site inspections for special assets and construction or rehabilitation properties to determine project percentage of completion and valuation status. Based on our inspector’s findings, a cost-to-complete estimate will then be calculated to complete the construction or rehabilitation of the project. Cocamar will suggest a risk rating for each loan and assist the lender with their determination for either continuing or suspending construction activity, completing the existing structure or exploring other available completion/liquidation options.
