Fannie Mae Form 2000 One-Unit Residential Appraisal Field Review Report
This report is used to communicate an opinion on the accuracy of the appraisal report under review as defined in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The review appraiser will verify the accuracy of the calculations, the reasonableness of the data and the appropriateness of the methodology as well as compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards. If the review appraiser determines that the opinion of value is inaccurate a new opinion of value will be developed.
The product includes: an exterior and possibly an interior inspection by a Cocamar approved appraiser, a completed FNMA 2000 form, subject property photos including front, street scene and interior when required, comparable sales photographs if needed, confirmation of market data and research to gather additional data.
**Prior to delivery to the client, the report will be reviewed by a Cocamar staff member for consistency and accuracy. If inconsistent or inaccurate data are identified by the staff member reviewer, the report will be returned to the appraiser for revision until it meets Cocamar and client-specific standards.
