COCAMAR serves as the eyes to the lending institution, to help them evaluate their individual project.

COCAMAR, Inc., a cost analysis and services company, provides consulting services to the lending community nationwide.  Since 1989, COCAMAR has assisted lending institutions in their efforts to assess the construction process pertaining to its collateral basis. 

More specifically, COCAMAR's team of professionals assess each project and provide reports to the lender to help protect the lender's collateral.  Our field inspectors serve as independent observers of their assigned projects.

COCAMAR also provides documentation services to include but not limited to, lien waiver documentation, plan reviews, builder and project reviews, etc. 

COCAMAR provides the aforementioned services in all 50 states.
