A           Cocamar is the only loan management company in the nation that offers construction origination fulfillment and draw administration/fund control services under one roof.  All of our competitors offer draw administration services and leave the originations fulfillment activities to their clients. Cocamar is the only company that offers the construction industry a complete end-to-end solution.

A           Cocamar also provides a more comprehensive offering of services than most of our competition.  Cocamar's services include a full compliment of inspection services, valuation services and special asset services.

Q          Why would I want to use Cocamar rather than processing constructions loans in-house?

A           Many lenders are not equipped with the resources or budget to handle a scalable volume of construction loans.  In many cases, lenders do not have in-house staff with experience or expertise in managing these types of loans or have divested themselves of those resources given the current market environment.  By partnering with Cocamar lenders can increase their loan volume and create a flexible cost model by having Cocamar manage all or some of the fulfillment and fund control functions.

Q         How many inspections are performed per project?

A           Cocamar recommends inspections be performed at each disbursement of funds. However, this decision is made by our clients.
